I was just wondering what people's opinions are on the whitelabel companies that pretty much do all the work and essentially let you run an SEO company without ever doing any SEO. Which are your favorites and why? (Hope this doesn't turn into various people promoting their services). Personally, in this type of case I would go with a company that has great response times (so you can have great response times with your clients) and that is cost effective (obviously nothing will match the cost of you handling everything but if you leave everything up to someone else, that leaves you with a lot of time to go out and find clients). How much are you willing to pay these companies to handle all the work?

Proficiency in English, quick response time, have some case studies + references etc. As for costs, well depends on what they are doing right? i.e. are they writing content, managing social media, on site optimization, link building, pbn?

As for members on this site, look for those with actual companies in the real world. Taktical is a good example alongside BassTrackerBoats. You'll have to do your research but there are a handful of legitimate agencies here.

Intelligence, and the ability to execute, and get results.

    That's it.

Bring me that 'in a box' and I'll pay a lot of money.

Good qualification of staff with fair compensation and benefits. I would hate to pay 1k for an employee while the guy just gets paid 200 bucks.

Excellent response for support (live instant chat is even better)
Real reports (not just some shit copy past crap with a ranking report)
Real results in realistic time frames
    Transparency and Authenticity
    No bullshit
    Reasonable prices

Pretty much what an agency should be.

Haha but that's pretty much what you would be doing yourself in this case. You would be charging clients like 1k then outsourcing to a whitelabel SEO company for like $500.

Looks like you guys have similar thoughts on what these companies should offer. I've already looked at a bunch of people here on BHW and some do look good like funkybunker said vitarank looks good. Is anyone actually using one of these companies and want to share their experience?

Certainly, not the case. You can't sustain a high margin for long because your employees and customers will connect and leave you out of the loop sooner or later. Contrary, both will feel treated unfairly and leave you. It's a model that wil fail long term.

Really? Do you know what whitelabel is? There is no trace that you aren't doing the work yourself. People have a tendency to stick with something that works so if you are outsourcing to an effective company, regardless of how much you are overcharging, if the client was initially willing to pay that much, chances are they will continue to do so as long as you are getting them results. Unless somehow the whitelabel SEO company goes behind your back and starts contacting your clients (which means you didn't pick a reputable company), the two ends will never "connect" like you said. Why the hell would anyone feel treated unfairly? You are paying the SEO company the amount they are asking for and you are charging your client an amount that they are willing to pay and are getting results for them. As far as I'm concerned both parties are happy and have 0 reason to feel treated unfairly. I also don't see how you can fail long term if you lock your clients into a 12 month contract.
