What do you do when your fully indexed?

What do you do when you finally get fully indexed. Do you do some sort of research here that would evaluate the job you've done in keyword research? Do you look at certain keywords and start evaluating the competition?

I'm a newbie and have been posting links on a WP and blogger blog, submitting articles, submitting directories and a few manual blog postings.

Site has most of its pages indexed in google now. Kinda sitting back, lost as to what to do now? To ensure that i'm not wasting my time....
