I feel like I'm soon going to run in to a wall as I have no more products to review and no more keywords to write about with any searches. This will surelly become a problem from an seo stand point. What should I do when I run out? Should I start writing about other vaguely related matters?

Maybe start a new project- or build authority...
    Best of luck,

I guess you should look out for other keywords by using the google keywords tool and then write about them.

look what your competitors are writing about, and if you run out of product reviews you can make all sorts of product comparisons...

Not a problem at all. Do update reviews based on user's experience. You can never run out of ideas to write about.
