Hey everyone! So this question always gets to me. What do you do when you've done everything on your part, and it becomes a waiting game?

Personally I outsourced a new site and now the SEO. I did everything on my part, fixed up the site even more, and did extra! Now I have to wait for SEO to be complete. As of now, I'm trying to work on more sources of income as everyone should. But sometimes I literally have nothing more to do. It's also not time to begin more sources of income since I still have not automated these sources. So what would you do in this position?

Relax, read up, or what? Relaxing is good until an extent until I get bored and/or feel unprogressive. On top of that I'm not making enough on automation to just do nothing lol.

Advice? And how do you react in this situation?

Look for new marketing opportunities, or better yet, CREATE new marketing opportunities.
Or, if you just want to relax, take a small vacation. You worked hard for it, so go for it.

Add more content to your site. A site is never "complete". If you have nothing to do now why will that change when your SEO is done?

Well I also outsource my content so I'm waiting for SEO to bring in money so I can reinvest it.

I would read. Reading makes you smarter and can give you new creative ideas. This is only once you've exhausted all marketing ideas of course :)

Make more sites, do more SEO, or play League of Legends :)

Only 3 options in my life right now and league takes up 80% of it. lol

I too outsource a lot. But I never have "Free Time" because I:

    - Create new Social Media Accounts
    - Push my way into Facebook Groups
    - Add Images to Articles, Create Pinterest Pages and Share.
    - Manual Blog Outreach
    - Check for Broken Wikipedia Links
    - Hand Craft Web 2.0's
    - Ect.

This is on one site. Always more I can be doing with my time.

Then of course I learn and research new streams of income. I am working on four Authority sites, one Click Bank site, have a full blown authority site in the Dating Niche which I work on clients for, write eBooks, design pop - ups, work my email list, etc.

I still have not got around to my PBN I have been meaning to build, which needs to be massive to rank massive sites quickly.

I do plan on a Vacation (Well, going into the woods with no internet to get away) in a week or so. But I feel bad going because I know I could be doing 100 things to make money quicker.

I had a single day I was sick of Facebook Marketing so I decided to throw up another domain and put a couple articles on it so it could start aging. It was an aged domain with good back links, but I know it is better to get it started with some content.

I am sure if you try hard enough, you can find work to progress. Most likely, you are burned out (I know I am) and when you are, 'Finding Opportunities' can be a real challenge. Take a little time off to refresh your perspective. That always helps me.

Yeah I guess a week off would be good to refresh my mind, I just feel bad when I know I'm not where I want to be.

And I can see why it says "Working My A** Off* under your username lol

On to the next project! Or take some time to reflect and figure out your next step. Really try to evaluate your current situation and try to analyze any opportunities you may have that your are not currently utilizing :)

It depends on how long I expect to wait for. If I am compiling a program or waiting on my computer to do something that will finish in less than 15 minutes. I will just take a smoke break.

Waiting games any longer than that do not exist for me. I just either A. work on another project or B. learn a new skill.

I know how you feel. I am 'waiting' for SEO to kick in on hundreds, I mean hundreds, of KWs. Doing a lot of SEO myself, outsourcing a lot, and plugging along. I need to rank hundreds of KWs to have an 'autopilot' money making system. Obviously, you are in the same boat. You did your part, made your money and invested your funds. Set the site up. Now you wait.

Well, when I outsource SEO I try to go for either Diversity or Power. Power is more costly but ranks. When I do that, I need to diversify. I spend 8 hours writing and spinning articles and posting on safe platforms with a variety of KWs related to make it all look safe. It all takes time.

The best thing for an online business is social presence. And it is the HARDEST thing for a VA or an out sourced party to do. This requires you to set up an 'official' page on main social media site and do outreach. Our goal is to go 'Viral' and the only way to do this is to get other people to naturally share your site.

Even if you have zero pieces of content you can still go viral. You need to be creative and make a name for yourself in your niche.

Keep trying, you will have 'Ah - Ha!' moments like the rest of us. Then the money comes in, or you realize your have a lot of work ahead of you.

Best wishes and good luck my friend, a lot of money can be made if you put the work in. You will not know how much work til you start actually plugging away.

You mean like creating social media pages and accounts? If so yeah I'm pretty sure that could help a lot, I actually never thought about it, but in my case I feel like that's more work I probably will just outsource, and I'm always trying to keep investments powerful but to a minimum. Tbh I'm a newbie when it comes to sites, SEO, etc I didn't know a quarter of what you said lol. But yeah patience is key.

LOL. I have 5 papers tagged to my wall with a list of almost 100 things to do. I've been working on this list for months and probably won't finish till 2016.

If you don't know what to do OP you find something, write it down, then do it.
