What do you consider the best strategies to make $$ with Twitter these days?

Last year I followed M. Dulisse's method with Hummingbird + Twitlater, which gave me pretty decent income until Twitter closed many of my winner accts. in the Hummingbird debacle.

Then I put Twitter in the freezer until now...

Can you explain that in more detail, please?
What do you use to follow or unfollow?
