    When you want to buy a domain from here for added SEO advantage, what metrics should you be looking at?

    For SEO I think the most important is the number of backlinks from unique domains (DP), but you always have to check the quality of those links/domains.

    ExpiredDomains . net is not providing enough of SEO analytics in order to make a proper decision.

    You can look on other sites and check if this domain is worth something for an SEO.

    It is better to buy deleted domains instead of expired. With expired you could wait up to to months before you can buy it because the registures hold the domain for the owner to see if they will pay the renewal. You can find deleted domains on the same site as the expired.

    Look at Trust Flow (TF), Citation Flow (CF) and Domain Authority (DA) with Page Authority (PA)

    But if domain was deleted isn't backlinks to it are deleted from google index?

    But deleted domains will not retain domain age only expired domains do

    I believe better to but new domain and do your own SEO work on it properly.
