So services like Nuclear Link Crawler make sure your backlinks get crawled and indexed whenever you want, by google. By creating RSS feeds with links to your backlinks... or something, and then submitting them to who knows where... Are there tools that I can use that I can use myself to get this done, instead of paying a monthly amount? (Although it's pretty handy for dripfeed account coupling).
BTW, If you want some backlinks indexed, PM me and I'll add them to my indexer account.
