First of all, I'd like to say sorry because this is my 2nd thread in a row
Anyways, its very important and I couldn't find an answer on this forum.
So, what do I put in "SSN / Tax ID" field, while applying on CPA network? And what about Tax Class?
I'm not from USA and I don't have SSN or Tax ID or anything, but these fields are required.

Same thing happened to me. It's important to be upfront. I just emailed them and told them I'm from the UK and they emailed me back saying it's alright just put in fake information so that my application for their affiliate program will go through.

Just call them or email them.

I did put in some fake numbers, and made sure I'd tell them its 100% fake in the "Tell us more about you" Field. ;)
Just tell them you do not have those, and you will be good.

Some CPA firms only deal with US clients. If you don't have a Tax ID or SSN, they might not accept you. Contact them like ipwned said.

For the UK it's your national insurance number, you don't get this until you're 16 though. For other country's I don't know! It's normally a unique set of numbers or letters you receive at a certain age. It's just so the governments can identify us by a statistic instead of our names!
