They are all age targeted (19 - 24)
They are all geo targeted (single location)

What to do with 40,000+ emails?
I got a forum, got those members.
List is growing and all that.

I wanna bank some money from it.
I know tons of ways, but I really don't want to test them, because
they might "not like it" and stop visiting the site.

So I'm wondering what might be the best way?

I'm the owner/admin of the site.
I saw on the other thread about this iPad CPA thing.

I was thinking of sending everyone a private PM saying something along the lines of, "Hey guys, a friend sent this thing to me, its a way to get free iPad. You pretty much need to fill out a bit of information (I know a bit boring) but by the end of it you'll get an iPad if they choose you. You'll spend like 3 minutes on it, but if you win that iPad.. heck, it'll be worth it") or something.

    But the thing is...
Wouldn't the CPA people get curious?
out of those 40,000 lets say even 5,000 of them do the CPA. Wouldn't the CPA company call me up right away and ask whats going on? etc?

Try to sell them a $7 product. But tell them they can get it for free if they complete a small survey.

    12.5% conversation was an example.
If you want to think it'll be 0.8% - 2.5%, then you can also think that.

$7 seems kinda cheap for a product.

    Hmm...

So far I was thinking a monthly subscription to a VIP area, or buying some product in bulk (like 250 pieces) and tell them that I only have 250 pieces (scarcity) and do it on weekly basis
