What did you bought for your parents from your first salary/income?

I gifted my mother an Android phone and presented it to her as a surprise for her B’day. She was all smiles on seeing the present as she had never expected it. The money spent on buying the device was not a big deal in front of the smile that she had when she held the phone in her hand.

I made my first money as a waiter at a local cafe, I used to give all I made to my mom every day. I thought she was spending them on groceries and stuff. 3 months later she handed me it all (not a penny was spent) when I needed something new, I don't even remember what it was.
 
I was in 8th grade in elementary school when I paid my dad his medical bills. He started crying and I will never forget that moment for the rest of my life, it is what pushes me to work harder.

I don't have any salary. But I am doing online business. I gave them some of my income every month
 
A microwave. Now, before you laugh, this was 20 years ago, in Eastern Europe where microwaves weren't a thing.

Believe it or not, she still has it today, in working condition ))

Yeah,, things were built to last, now it's all about overcharging for crap :/
 
Literally gave her my whole month's check for her birthday, as she sacrificed a lot for me to get me my first tablet and laptop even though she didn't have much herself to get these items. But she knew I had an interest in technology and the digital world, so she tried to get me into the field however she can. The more I earn, the more she will get from me.
