    Hey Guys!

Please tell me your opinion. :)

    The questions are very simple:

    1) When You create infographic, what content You need for infographics (statistics - data, facts about things) or anything else?

    2) Where You will use this infographic? (Link building, Sharing on social sites)

I, for example, like idea to have different fact based infographics which I would share on Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, etc. ;) I saw that even offline companies use such infographics to engage people. ;)

Infographics are awesome for natural link building. We include them in blog posts + create a "auto embed" code section that a user can just copy and paste to embed (link to) on their own site. Amplifying it on infographic sites (visua.ly etc) and ALL social media platforms is a must to increase the reach. I've gained over 100 natural quality links for a specific infographic.

Anyway, regarding your first question, I suppose having the data / facts before creating the infographic would be useful, however, I usually see a gap or some opportunity in my niche that could be taken advantage of by creating an infographic, quickly get something done in illustrator (I like to do it manually) and then I research the details and just add the numbers.

Yeah, but if you just need choose data and then design is automatically generated? :) Under 5 seconds?

It already happens, I wanted to know what exactly data you would want see in this scenario above? Because designs are not an issue.

Also about spreading this infographic, would you like to have automated syndication over all top social platforms? :)

People are always looking for work to be done automatically, I'm sure if you could insert data of some sort (perhaps a csv file or just add appropriate fields and value as the user pleases) and a graphic gets auto generated and spread across social media with your link, people will eat that shit up.

But for me, I prefer quality, thus I like to design my infographics myself so a "infographic toolkit" with premade vector elements (graphs, pie charts etc) is more useful for me than any software. (I know theres a website you can design infographics quite fast as well, I remember making a decent one from a template in a minute or two but it was a bit limited)

Aha! Well basically, I see perspective that infographics are good as content, but needs used for crowded places. So basically it could be social media management with infographic as a content. of course automated!

    Black hat idea, great! BUT!

Spreading fake info would be bad, at least my ethics won't allow that. Also disinformation is the biggest issue of internet. So better don't do it! ;)
