What CPA sites offer one page submit forms?

Does ClickBank? Where do I get to find these forms?

Try maxbounty. They have many one page submit forms. They have been scrubbing me a lot lately though so beware!

Check out OfferVault.com. It's a search engine of sorts for CPA offers independent of any given network.

Just pay for advertising and list whatever you want

Regarding "one page submit", I think all major networks have them, personally for me Neverblue is the best!

If you are looking for paypal payments and easy approval try DedicatedVision

Most all CPA networks have email submits. Over at Offervault, most of the CPA networks are reputable.

I'm sure there are probably some questionable networks there too. When in doubt, try to stick with the most well known CPA networks. The larger networks usually (but not always) don't scrape your commissions as much as the smaller networks.
