does anyone know if theres any incentive world wide offers for a gateway?
Like a email submit, surveys things like that?

i dont think there is. You can find targeted offers though.

 

Yea i've got a USA, UK, and wanted a World wide one.
Didnt really want loads of options only 3 but might have too thanks.

That offer has been around for ages, I tried several approaches, always ended up in the red.

 

see... you cant find one cpa who will have all these offer together for worldwide audience.. but you can always mix up.. few program with clickbooth, few from clead and so..
