I know that a lot of members here have their own small or middle CPA networks.
But can't find any place with all of them.

Can you help to collect them all in one post?

There are a lot of big networks owned by BHW members and most of the well-known ones on BHW will treat you right.

Just watch out for the really small ones that wait to get paid before they pay you.

If anything happens with your traffic and they don't get paid, don't expect them to pay you ;)

Correct. And m0nster is the co-owner. Talked to m0nster - a nice member, would help out anyone.

Correct as well. Talked to him on Skype - very nice.

    That's all I heard of.
CPA Beyond is another great one.

There is owners of CPA networks all over the internet obviously, but, just because the owners are members of a blackhat forum doesn't mean the network will tolerate blackhat traffic, unless, well, their a Fly-By-Night network and plan to run for a month or two and skip off with everyone's money.

You have to remember, no matter what kind of fraud your doing, all the way from IFraming an offer to outright criminal fraud(using stolen cc's), it varies in degrees obviously, but in the end it hurts the network(s) your using. Now mind you IFraming an offer that allows it or using a gateway on an offer that allows it is a different story.

Personally, we have a zero-tolerance for fraud, we ban the affiliate(s) at hand as soon as we see them and have VALID PROOF of them using methods that are strictly against our TOS. We have affiliates that check with us to make sure that the promotional method their using is okay for the advertiser, we check with them, if it's okay we let the affiliate(s) know, if not, we let them know still, and you know what? The affiliates that check in if they have questions are the ones constantly getting pay bumps. Know why? Their pushing QUALITY traffic.
