I am just wondering what cpa companies are good for making a website, then iframing email submits or zip code offers. I wasnt getting any conversions with neverblue, so i filled out an offer myself, and it said i only had an impression, then i re did it and filled out the second page of the offer. It was only then when i got paid. So what cpa networks actually pay for only and email submit or zip code. Any help would be great.
    Thanks

I would say that Xy7 has some really good converting email-submit offers. I haven't had a problem with them since I've used them for some of my projects and they convert most of the time (about 75%+). If you're going to Iframe...I suggest you find one that will allow them to complete the 2nd page also or at least mix in a load of white hat leads if they're only going to be doing the first page all the time.

true true i was thinking something along the lines of that. or using ppc to get white hit traffic, but it would probably be easier if i made them fill out a second page every once and awhile. thanks for ur suggestion

I stand by Hydra, they have a shit load of email submits for your blackhatting pleasure! Just make sure you know what you're doing.

XY7 is good too and try Neverblue.. although a couple of offers I ran got scrubbed like hell but it's doing good now.
