What could cause comments to get instantly removed (freshly bought account, fresh proxy)?

Maybe the device you're using is flagged?
Also, have you tried posting in other smaller subreddits to see if your comment stick?
If the above aren't the cause, then probably Reddit started to limit fresh accounts until they get some age and/or browsing activity.

Account is 2 months old. I'm using it with a fresh fingerprint (antidetect browser).
Some subreddits work fine. Others comment gets shadowbanned.

In this case, some subreddits are having non-disclosed age/karma requirements, and posts from accounts not meeting the criteria are automatically removed.
2 months should be enough age in most cases, you need to increase post and comment karma and see what is the minimum allowed.

Some subreddits have restrictions for users with low karma or new accounts. It is more probably because of this. Some subreddits also use auto-moderators, usually bots that filter out and remove comments based on pre-defined rules.
