I Found a Domain which has PR1 DA-12 AHREFS RANK 45 Indexed Google & Bing Backlinks about 1.8K ( All are natural ) And this domain can be purchased with normal price So I was hoping what could be the price of this domain if i sell it to other person without registration

There are a lot of variables to consider. I've seen domains like this go from $20 to $2,000. Good luck.

that will be zero,Anyone can get that kind of domain by using expireddomain in 5 min.

My systems find literally hundreds, possibly even thousands, like this every week.

I don't suggest they're worth very much at all.

Depends upon niche/trust.

In one of my niche i don't even register these type of domains and in another i can pay $100 for a pr1 domain.

PR is nowadays an outdated metrics and google discontinued it. now check for TF, CF, DA, and check for spam free domain if you got one like it, it will bring a value of $xx to $xxxxx

You want to use majestic.com or MOZ to check the domain and find some better metrics! If it's just a PR1 domain forget about it.

Dear,
The information regarding your query is unclear, Kindly supply more information to help you in making estimate.

The Domain has .net TLD It Has No " - " or any thing else . It Contains 11 letters And other TLD of this domain Have PR5+ I Noticed that http://prntscr.com/6a7qwm http://prntscr.com/6a7r5w http://prntscr.com/6a7rhv 50% Anchor text is naked domain Url and rest are related to website . It is doesn't has any niche name But I am Sure all of you have heard 1st word of the domain (which exactly has two words in it ) the first word domain has http://prntscr.com/6a7tys stats I think That's Enough Info

people still care about PR? go back five years ago and it might be worth a very small amount based on pr alone.

Forget all about PR now it's irrelvant
