What content goes into Wiki, Article Directories and Bookmarks properties?

I've learned a lot towards a few specific tools such as Senuke XCR, Licorne AIO and GSA SER, although the only thing that has stopped me from using it is what kind of content should be included for these specific platforms.. I know how to create high quality content manually spun but really, what should be the content for them..

Article Directories:

4. Article Source:
5. Tags:

Bookmarks:

2. Bookmark Description:
3. Tags:
