what cheap hosting ( 10 bucks / year ) would you recommend for an experiment ?

HostKoala is cheap but I dont really know how to use its control panel like the common panel that web hostings use. Is it really easy to use it or what?

Yes. it is easy.
 
Cpanel (which is believed the most used and user-friendly) is quite expensive now. So that quite hard to get the plan you are looking for with Cpanel.
Other panels might appear more complicated, but I believe that will be not a problem to understand that and use.
With such budget plans you will have different panels (that is what helps keeping the price).
 
I would recommend to go with namecheap but you have to add another $15 to that, it's reliable and their support is top notch.

Thanks for all the replies. I believe I am finally going with this one. I Will start with the basic plan for 7 usd . In case the experiment works, they offer unlimited disk and bandwith for 4 sites for 20 bucks . They also provide free ssl certificate.

My project runs a myqsl database that i Will bot with a software, so I know i Will need disk space in the near future , so this company fit my requirements for a low budget

coming back to speak up about my experience with foxmoonhosting after a week. Support is very fast. It is not a large company , but they really take care of customers . Communication via whatsapp. Fast server with Cpanel for 7 bucks a whole year.

I went on the recommendation of a friend and now have 2 VPSs with cloudarion.com and thanks to their pricing and support, am about to add several more at one time. Uptime is good and my sites are running fast and efficiently.
