    Hi,
I submitted a sitemap with 11 links and google only indexed 8 of them. Any ideas why would it do this? Is there a way I can see in the webmaster tools?

Perhaps due to insufficient unique content or perhaps errors in the HTML code. I can't think of any other reasons why they wouldn't index your page if it contained sufficient unique content.

If you're not getting any error messages then it's most likely either A. insufficient content (rare, but could happen) B. bad website format C. too much code-to-text D. you restricted the priority of the pages E. check your robots.txt file as this could also be blocking those pages from being indexed.
