I (and maybe some other people here) would like to know how far you can take your blackhat ways online. What is it that you can do online that will land you in jail/prison so we all know to avoid such activities? Obviously we're looking for things that will land you in prison, not things that won't. Example: advertising on Craigslist won't but spamming millions of non-optin mails will. Please elaborate what one would need to be doing in order for it to be classified as 'illegal' and what the criminal charge would be (if you know.)

Just a fun little activity for those who are bored like me and wanna make sure you always keep your ass outta prison. (Can't do much with money in prison besides drugs and cigs and paying people not to rape your ass right?)

Wow that was helpful and intelligent. I'm not doing illegal shit. I'm just wondering what kind of illegal shit that can be done so everyone knows to avoid doing said shit to land them in jail.

'...How the hell are you bored?

If only you could give me some of your wasted time. I work almost a 20-hour day 24/7 and I would happily buy time off you, if I could.

Life is so short. Use your time to make money or make love...and if you have any, take time to hug your children'.

Blackhat stuff is unethical, but wouldn't be considered illegal to get you into jail. But it should be interesting with the CS's ebay against against the DP owner, on what happens there.

'...I get your point about Black Hat stuff being unethical but as I've said before, I'm not sure I agree.

If you're cookie-stuffing it's against TOS and probably the worst thing you can do, but other Black Hat techniques are only optimising your income, as any business should do.

Short of armed robbery I will do everything to ensure there is food on the table, especially when I'm getting screwed by Governments, eGay and all the other Big Boys who want to keep me on my knees'.

Yeah like you said depends on the methods, breaking affiliate TOS cant land you in jail but you could be sued or suspended indefiently
