what can I use to offer support tickets to my website

    Hey guys.. I want to offer my clients the ability to put in support tickets. Whats my best option?

    I would recommend you OS Ticket. The company which I'm working is one of the biggest in the niche and they are using it. Really powerful system. Hope that helps

    Depending on the amount of clients you have, it may be easiest just to have a simple contact form. But if you're running a large membership site etc. and want to keep track of every members question and your response you will want to use a support ticket system for sure. I'm using DAPticket right now so I can really only speak to that. Though I believe you have to be running DAP to use it. I know there are a couple free wordpress plugins that will do the trick on a smaller scale.
