what can I use some non english workers for?

I have a friend who has been bugging the shit out of me and has like 10 people at his disposal and wants to get them working and doing "jobs" on the internet but is asking me for tons of advice on the subject. According to them they have basic pc skills and basic English but are filipino and can't write in english too well, but can read it. I am at a loss of what can be done or if there is even ANYTHING that they can do that could produce some kind of income. Looking for some ideas from others. Feel kinda stupid asking this crap but I am kinda at a loss of what they COULD do or what use they could possible be towards anything. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks guys and gals

Maybe he could come up with Fiverr gigs that involve repetitive tasks and start them with that?
