    Hello,

I recently sold a cell phone, the charger, and 3 spare batteries on ebay.

The buyer waited 5 days after it was delivered and emailed me this morning telling me the only item in the box when they received it was 1 battery. They said everything else was missing. The buyer also opened a case on ebay and they are requesting a full refund! I know I sent ALL of the items via Priority shipping with USPS.

If I issue the refund they get a free cell phone, the charger, and 2 batteries for free!

So what can I do about this???

Tell them the phone has a GPS tracker on it, and you know the phone is at their address. Tell them you are reporting them to the police for theft if the case is not closed.

LOL I thought about that already. I already told him that T-Mobile said the phone is being used in his state. I don't want to go too far and have ebay hold it against me...

Quick update, T-Mobile blocked the IMEI number so if they try to activate it, it won't work. I guess that's a start...

Should have said there is a tracking app pinpointing their address, nothing to do with T mobile, and should have stuck to it. All small time scruffy scammers would have shit their pants and gave in. A little bit of advice, eBay is not the place to sell things.
