Don't ask me why, its too long of a story... but, I own the domain name http://www(dot)spasticretard(dot)com.

Rather than let it rot away; does anyone have any serious suggestions what I could do with it?

Im almost ashamed to own it!

Maybe it might have some traffic , Why not park it somewhere and check ?
 
If you really feel the need to monetize it then...
turn it into a video page. skaters and athletes falling and breaking bones. Or drunk college students being... spastic retards.

I think considering the title of the site that the above is a great idea. Make it
a blog (easy to pull content) then fill it with You Tube Vids of people doing
stupid things ie. People walking into doors, falling down holes, cops who let
the bad guy steal their cruiser, add stupid jokes of the day, idiotic things that
famous people have said, ect. A really good one is find pictures of celebrity's
making goofy faces and post one picture a day.

Make it into a "weird" porn site. With like different weird fetishes and stuff. Like midget porn, amputee porn. Add a couple aff offers to it, PPC or PPV of course, then drive traffic to it...then poof! you got income :D
 
In my opinion, it would be best to make a blog posing as a retard. Don't ask me how it would be done, because the thought just slipped away, but I'm pretty sure you could pull in some heavy traffic if you made it funny enough.

Wow! I second that idea! Maybe I'll buy a new local domain targeting people in my country. High school kids do like those stupid stuff.:D
 
Or you could do some viral marketing... Put a video of a "Spastic Retard" on the website - I imagine something like this:

Then tell people that they can get free access to either more videos of this retard, or videos of other retards by simply entering their e-mail address (iframes CPA) og completing an offer.
