NO! You want to resell it on Google Adwords for some fantastic idea. Cut it up into VPS and sell it as minecraft servers. Cut it up into tiny VPS and sell it as a Web Host. Open up a shop and start to offer counterstrike servers and all that. LOLz, you would think that this would be the first thoughts that came to your head. You can most likely fill the spots making x3 what you rent it for.

Did this with one of my servers based in the far east last year (connection speed from UK was pissing me off and I had 18 months to run on the contract)
I did exactly what therage said and split it up into different VPS, eventually decided to run games on it. Stuck 2 servers of a well known browser based game on their and I get a cut of the sign ups. It makes me about $300 a month more than the servers are costing me, so I'll probably end up renewing the contract.

It's a game like Evony (but not evony), and they even set up 90% of the serverside up for you with if you have Windows 2008 (a one click install...very nice - all I needed twas to configure the security settings and install some anti cheat software - job done)

I herd about mining bitcoins the other day. You should check it out. Supposedly people pay you, to use your CPU. Google it. It's all automated and should pay for your servers.
