What can I do with a PR1 Health Blog earning only pennies every month?

Hello!
A couple of months ago I was really excited to try out adsense and there was this deal going on for cheap .in domains. I had a keyword on my mind so I set up a quick website. I did some basic seo, high PR blog commenting and all but I quickly lost interest and moved to CPA. Now the website is PR1 and it earns about $0.50 in adsense every month

So I guess flipping it will be out of the equation.
What else can I do with it? It still has about 6 months before expiring.

I considered flipping it, but with the listing fees and stuff I don't think it'll be my best bet. As I said, the adsense income is quite low.

Contact link building who sells blog roll links and blog post for specific niche ..they would be interested in buying it at reasonable prices.

just work on PA and page rank.. then start selling links in the form of guest post.. this niche can make you good money.. flipping at this point will not get you anything after the listing fee.

Do you have an idea what would a blog like this sell for? I've no experience in this at all.

I might add it on fiverr. I think blogroll links for 1 month maybe?
I'll give it a try now!

Sell backlinks on backlink marketplaces like Text Link Ads, you can probably get few bucks for it per month per link. Sell 10 links and you'll have made 10x more than Adsense.
