I have an account with 5 k friends,mostly from tier 3 countries,as the friends interests is about adult niches,i think the account can be turned to a adult niche page but my niche is about news.
So what can i do with this account?

Create a fan page about the niche and invite them to grow it.

This. Or use CPA directly to catch them. The three countries talk the same language?

Not 3 countries. TIER 3 Countries.
It is based on the Trafficking report and depends on GDP per capita and other stuff.

The problem is that my niche is not about adult but the friends are too interested in adult.So they seems to be useless to me.
