I might sound weird, but can I use this domain (in any way) to get some positive outcome?

IDK what to do with that. Metrics are - DA - 19, PA - 12, Spam Score - 71%

If it's penalized, just get rid of it
Else, you could try your luck with a 301

I have experimented with domains with low spam score up to 33%. Some of them are bringing very nice traffic. But some of them have never worked even rhought they have not received manual penalty.. But I would probably stay away from domain you have mentioned, the stats are pretty low

Not penalized actually. Just a high spam score.

I was experimenting with something. Domain was fresh, no content, no backlink. And spam rocketed to 71%. Lmao.

Will see if can use it for 301

Yup, been away only. Was thinking if that domain can be used for some good (or bad ;))

In this case you should check things very carefully to understand where is the spam score coming from. These tools use their own models to determine these scores, which leaves room for statistical outliers.
As couple members mentioned, arbitrary scores from 3rd party tools don't always correlate with actual organic performance. There are enough examples of that to say with confidence that it's not incredibly rare.

Spam score rocketing (assuming that means in a very short timeframe) to 71% suddenly would not in my opinion reflect how Google approaches this generally (unless you've done smth real bad, but only you know that). If you did something shady, just undo it.

If you are sure that the domain is good, I would go ahead and start working with it. Only organic performance will give you the (objective) absolute truth on this matter.

it can be hard to achieve positive outcomes, but there are some things you can try Identify and remove bad backlinks to reduce the spam score.
so Identify and remove bad backlinks,Use a backlink analysis tool to identify any low-quality or spammy backlinks pointing to your site. Reach out to the webmasters of those sites and ask them to remove the links. You can also disavow the links in Google Search Console.ur website takes time and effort, and there are no shortcuts.

Now, ask yourself WHO's coming up with the supposed "high spam score". WHERE does the metric come? In my experience, it doesn't mean anything. I've seen a LOT of spammy sites with low scores and an EVEN GREATER number of websites with so-called super "high spam scores" (well above 11, sometimes 30) that ranked first on Google. You just have to care about 2 things: rankings and traffic. The SS belongs to those stupid metrics which say nothing about a website's potential. An example. In France, you have a website called "K2". Their spam score goes through the roof. But it ranks first in no time on any keyword they intend to. And it's been going like this for 10 years, as far as they're concerned.

Spam score doesn't matters much. If the domain is clean and not penalized you can go for it.

The spam score doesn't matter. The domain should be clean, Wayback, and everything.

If it has a few good backlinks then I think you should get it if you are getting it for $8 or $9.

Check the backlink profile manually. Are they really looking spam? Also, Check GSC if they are penalized or not.

Social traffic maybe? Run cloaked ads on social media and spam social signals.
Since it's spammed to death, spamming social signals to it can't be any more harmful than it already is.

How to check in GSC for the domain got penalized ??
To check if a domain is penalized in Google Search Console,
  1. Log in to your Google Search Console account.
  2. Select the website you want to check.
  3. Click on the "Security & Manual Actions" tab in the left-hand menu.
  4. Check if there are any manual actions listed. If there are no manual actions, it's likely that your website has not been penalized.
  5. If there are manual actions listed, review them to understand the reason for the penalty and how to resolve it.

301 and see if their is any power

Regarding the fact you say it's not penalized - you can do one of those actions:
- sell it (cheap)
- make 301-redirect to another domain you use
- make a PBN site
