Consider that you have a team of 10 professional programmers (including writers, SEO experts, etc) but no money to invest, just human resource. What business/website you would launch?

My idea is to run a serious website, but what type is better for investing professional time?

    For example,

    1. Professional articles (revenue by AdSense)
    2. News and daily writings (revenue by AdSense)
    3. Review of products (revenue by Amazon or CJ)
    4. Review of services such as hosting
    5. Membership website like dating (revenue by subscription)
    6. Developing games and applications

In other words, imagine that you have 10 professional people working for free. What kind of website can achieve enough revenue to pay their salary after 3 months.

Well realistically you will have to create more than one website, and they would take a while to take off before they start maing any real money. In my opinion. Adsense and amazon sites are the most proven type of websites for a lassive income, but if you have 10 employees working around the clock, itshard to pinpoint exactly what you will need to do.

Does your team have to be paid in advance or can they work for free until earnings are being made? If so, they could just create a bunch of websites that profit from adsense, and then make money in the long run.

There are plenty of things they can do, but it really depends on the individual skills. If the programmers are good, they could easily make $30+ per hour doing freelance work.

Never would do anything less than my strongest team point. If that meant they were only good at coding a specific thing, i.e. browsers, then stick to that. Think of all the ways you can monetize your strongest team point and do it.

I said one website, as it is better to invest on a major project rather than having parallel projects. The potential to become a leading website in its business.

Well if writing articles is your team's strongpoint, than you should make an authority site (news as well as profesisonal articles), and monetize with adsense.

Freelance coding is more like individual works for individual projects. It is better to build a strong company and pay constant salary after three months.
