What automated Backlink Programs Are You Using (PAD files, PRStorm, etc.)? How risky are they (for getting banned by search engines) & Can you post them?

I think PRstorm was to blame for my recent -30 penalty by google. I only managed about 300 backlinks I guess it was just too fast? I don't suggest PRstorm to anyone until I am able to conclude what caused my drop. I heard Bookmark Demon is good, but as of today I dont think you can get the latest version and the previous version aren't the best.
