⚡⚡ What are your thoughts on 301 Redirect for an Expired Domain?

A little further down in the same thread he claims his traffic recovered once he removed the redirect.

Alright, time to dive into that namecheap account - look for flagged, penalized domains and start taking down competitors.

P.S - New business idea for those expired domain providers. Sell your worst, spammed, penalized, most fucked up domain ever.

Is it possible to view a list of penalized/flagged domains through name cheap? Is this open to every user/customer?

This is like putting regular rice and box wine into rissoto and crying it tastes like shit.

This is exactly what happens if you completely fuck up the redirect. Like use irrelevant domain or spammed domain, etc.

You don't "try expired domain redirects overnight". You plan them for a few months. You should treat them as a controlled explosive. You fuck it up, you get stuck under the rubble.

Also, it takes months until the redirect stabilizes. If you did everything right though, you will see results.

This. Lately, the amount of “can I use this random, high metric domain as a redirect” questions have been popping up more & more.

Niche relevant is as important as it sounds. Non-doctored metrics are as important as they sound.
