What are your thoughts about this Design / Theme?

Hello Guys,

As I am currently developing a theme (first one) for themeforest I would like to have some feedback on the current design. As you can see I am not fully done because I am designing while I am coding the theme as well. But I would love to have some feedback, thoughts and tips...

For your information:

• The Logo is just a placeholder (not my own)
• UI/UX based casino affiliate design

Also I am planning to open a Journey on selling themes on themeforest when this one is finish and approved.

Wish my sites were that clean...
