What are your July monthly goals?

Reach 100% of 30 punches/kicks everyday - currently at 87%
Finish my first HTML theme to sell - 54% there.
Daily 50 pushups/squats/situps for 50 - 42%
Daily Huel Shake for 30 days - 33% there.
Finish 5 chapters of my new book - currently done 1.

Those are my musts for the month!

Get them goals written down; otherwise, achievement ain't ever gonna come knocking! :D

Use canva to create a cover and add text.
Use chatgpt to create the inside of the book and copy and paste the texts into the pages in canva.
Again, use canva to format the book and export it as pdf.
Then upload to kdp.
Now you are a writer too.

What are you doing to achieve this good health goal?

I have cut down on sugar, I’m doing yoga and light exercises for now. Taking small steps as I want to enjoy it not be restrained by it :p
 
To improve my copywriting skills.

And, quitting caffeine.. 800mg a day here...

Pretty sure I poisoned myself a few days back when I had 1000mg..

Really need to kick it. ASAP

- Work: Consistently focus better on tasks, thus finishing them faster. I've been getting distracted lately because I don't keep my eye on the prize, and it leads me to "working" all day but not having much to show for.
- Personal: Lifting weights every day (have been somewhat consistent since March, so not worried about that)
