There are few threads already with same information, should have used search button first... Anyway as you asked I will write down few which I favor then others...
1) IBP (Internet Business Promoter)
2) Micro Niche Finder
3) SENuke
4) ScrapeBox
You can use other good tools like Market Samurai... You will find few here for free as cracked even or you can go ahead and buy license version... Personally i favor license version for full functionality... There are hundreds of tools or techniques for boosting your rank in SERP... Just go through forum and read before you decide on some thing...

I'm going to go with:
Scrapebox - well worth the money, the guy updates all the fricken time....
Tweetattacks - only because it makes me money LOL (Daily)
Market Samarai - Got free here, but use daily
Xrumer - don't own, but outsource monthly to the experts
BMD5 - because I think it's good, but still trying to figure out how the fucker works!
Yeah, I use IBP, but it's limited, and only good for a guide....

I am thinking of using magic submitter... how has it worked for you ? they have good copy on the sales page, but does it deliver ?

just scrapebox and senuke, you will get tons of money just from that tools

Now that I've been using both systems and softwares, I would have to recommend only TWO that I use:
1)SEO Link Vine (Brad Callen - if you buy it get it from Warrior-Forum because it's $47 per month instead of $67 or higher)
-At first I thought it was crap, but the system definitely came through and it got me TOP rankings for 5 of my keywords! You have to give it 2 weeks and definitely have around 50 articles.
2)Scrapebox, hands down
-Create yourself a Master List of Auto-Approve sites, and you're Golden!
