If I could vote for them all, I would. I think they should all be touched upon Dave! Finally someone on bhw who understands these subjects! Its such a shame how few members here know about the benefits of incorporating in nevada, especially with an internet marketing business.

time organization is simple write on a paper what you want, and the day when you want the project to be finalized, then divide that time by the number of stages and you got a good plan, also taxes are important all the time because if you get paid and a bank or the IRS finds out you got to pay them too

He, he, all of the above.... Well, I don't know much about llc's and corporations, I won't be worried about the taxes (Until I make some big money), I have heard about incorporating in Nevada, but I have never researched it, and I have no time management skills.... Well really, I kinda do, but having other responsibilities outside of doing work, screw up the whole time management thing... :S
