Thanks to you guys, I know about: Adsense, mylikes.com, Maxbounty, and Peerfly, but I know that they're many more.

have you guys ever been to a website, and there was a commercial playing before you could reach the actual website, and then after 10 seconds, it would say skip this ad? What ad network is that?

Offervault .com lists most CPA networks, and there are a bunch. That is what Maxbounty and Peerfly are. ****** is more a media buy network (to purchase traffic), at least in my eyes.

I don't know who runs the interstitial video ads, but here is a free bump to help you reach the person who does know.

Affpaying dot com also lists most CPA networks and you can get a good feel for their level of service and whether they pay on time etc.

That said, I'll reiterate what "thedorf" said above, in that what you are mentioning is more along the lines of a CPM/display ad network (pubmatic, rubicon project, admeld, doubleclick, madadsmedia, etc etc etc).

    Best regards,
