I know the traditional ways. But most of them take months to bring any traffic. Is there any method specific to this niche that can help bring traffic much faster?

Post a newsworthy job like 'Get Paid 3K A Month to (Rate Jokes) (Cuddle) (Massage Dogs)', then create and distribute a press release around the unique posting.

It would probably be better if it were a REAL posting, lol but even a fictional one may get you some traction.

Good luck!

You just need pure traffic or you actually want your site to show up on google map searches?

If just pure traffic, it's super easy dude, just go to microworkers, post a job there, asking ppls to click on your site, it's that easy. If you want it to show up on google map, then it's more complicated. You want to go to fiverr, and need people to do pins drop and citation to your google my business post.

I want pure traffic, but from real people so that they can start posting

Spam Facebook groups and build your email lists.
I started with spamming groups 4 years ago posting job listings in job related groups.
Built a website and a webview app got a huge email list.
Took a step further using adsense and related course materials affiliate programs.
That website still earns a good amount, app got taken down so i have the website now running autopilot.
Note: This has worked for me just because I am from India we have a huge population and lot's of unemployed people. I occasionally also find good VA's to do back office tasks.

I have another suggestion, u can say it's white hat, but it will cost ya a little bit of money.

In your google analytics link-to google search console, go to properties setting in your google analytics account. Click properties setting for your analytics property (if you don't even know what that means, google it), and then enable demographics setting. It will allow you to collect demographics info., and then later on, you can setup mailing list or googleads that's laser focus on those groups. In fact, you can limit the audience to just that niche group. Or if you want to do outreach, u can use the analytics data to let you gain insight as to who are your audience, and attack those facebook group, local forum, etc....

That sounds doable. I will give it a try. Thanks :)

I will do this. Thanks :)

Try to find as many as recruiters on the social media. Linkedin ads will be the right way for you in case you want to boost your job posting website traffic. Apart from these you can do traditional marketing like Social Media Marketing posting in groups. You also need to win the trust of the recruiters that they are getting results from your website, based on this you will also get some reference users.
