A big duty is placed in my hand by my management to move the Rip-off report to next page for a famous online shopping site in United States. This is a big client stepped in to my office for ORM. I am having several ideas related to this issue but Google rolling many small updates, this blocking me to do the process frequently. I am damn sure i will do the process in organic way. SO person who are experienced or worked for this issue post some ideas and process steps.

This is a "one man show" , so i must give a bang performance to my management:).

    Josh,

In my experience, the only way you can get rid of negative information in search is to drown it out with positive information. Spend time pushing out as much content as you possibly can (of a positive nature of course) so that there is so much of it that people can no longer find the old negative information.

    Hope that helps,

    Shawn

yep, your gonna want to flood the first page with positive stuff. Not only will that hide the negative but there will then be a whole page of positive info out there

If you charged your client $$$$, then pay for positive articles from major sites like examiner, digital journal, yahoo voice, daily dots and some more good newspaper sites. your primary thing is to move down the rip off report, so don't add any links inside the articles. Now continue the seo for these major sites. Due to the authority, these sites will rank fast and will be stable.

Note : Ripoff charges $10k - $15k to remove that negative review.

So you took on a "big client" without the knowledge to do the job and now ask BHW for help? Wonderful... Reputation management is a tough niche, especially when it comes to ripoff-report. I'd tell you to use the search function here in this forum, but you probably won't anyway..

How about you only take on jobs you can actually handle in the future?

what does that even mean? Will you grow carrots and sell those to google? Are you trying to tell me you want to use White Hat methods to get the first two pages full of spam?!? I don't get it..

Not trying to sound like an ass here, but I will never understand why people take on jobs without having the necessary skill-set! It's basically fraud really... grifting your way into a job you can't fulfill... buy anyway to answer your question:

Normally I'd start with contacting the sites who post the negative stuff first, but with ripoff report that's useless.. they want money for that. You need to spam so much crap out there that you bury the negative sites in the mud.

    These threads amaze me.
Are some people living in a fantasy world?

Now IT IS possible to blag your way to getting a big client.
Usually this still requires a certain degree of skill, expertise and knowledge.
But you don't actually do this unless you have the contacts to outsource it or the real world connections to assist you.

I don't believe ANYBODY who had the gumption to sign up a major company would immediately think of using an Internet Forum for advice.

EDIT: I have re read your original post 3 times and each time it makes less sense.

Your grasp of the English language tells me you are not a native speaker, so I presume you are based somewhere other than the USA. If this is the case why is an American company stepping into your office?
You say you are a "one man show" but then state you have to report to management.

Please tell me you are not one of those clowns that like to start threads and make posts that get lots of replies while you sit back and get some form of sexual satisfaction from it.

I think you should manage your own negative reputation, before you move up to "big clients" that pay you "xxxx" to improve their negative reputations.

Actually the client and the vendor kind of deserve each other.

Buy some of the domains that people might look for, such as XXXscammers.com XXXXXisaripoff.com and spin the content... If you can handle putting up a website I would be amazed, so maybe just register 1000 blogs and then put sentences on each telling them why your customer is cool?
