If a scammer doesn't respond at all, for example, to shit list thread, will mods then allow posting scammers' real name?

    Just curious.

It make sense not to humiliate someone till we know he's guilty.

Just found this post of WizGizmo

When you show the proof, make sure that you do not include
any of his personal info (Real name, home address, phone, etc.)

    Thank you - "Wiz"

I guess that more or less clears up the OP query

I'm not about to call anyone a scammer either... also.. I have plenty of history here if not in days... in results. I may be a pot... but I am quite shiny.

OP, I think the rules are you have to provide solid proof before you can "out" anyone. The senior members here will know. :)

I see. A friend of mine is a victim of scam. The guy that scammed him ignore shit list thread.

I understand that wiz prohibit posting real names in the forum. What I do not understand is if the guy is truly a scammer, say by not defending himself in the shitlist, can we post his real names? Some other mods usually say things like don't post real names till you are allowed to do so. This seem to imply that eventually we're allowed to post real names.

I think something people should consider also is that scammers often or NEVER use their real names.. There was an incident before were someone used my identity on another forum and pulled off a scam there.. took the money and headed for the hills.... so now imagine if the people who were effected by this ended up using my name and posted cr@p bout me on the internet.. wouldn't be fair not would it?

Well we got his paypal address. Everything else is not credible. But then again people do buy paypal accounts.

Most scammers are not scammers from the start. Those who scam from the start can be weeded out early. To steal big people need to build trust first. It's when the money is big suddenly they changed their mind. Huge cost inflicted on them will make them repent.
