Only deindexing your site is enough for your great loss. Other things will follow like You will loose your traffic.
 
If a site gets caught using Black Hat SEO, it can face Google penalties like that:
  • Ranking drop or full deindexing.
  • Loss of traffic (sometimes overnight).
  • Manual actions in Search Console.
  • Loss of trust from users & advertisers.
  • Hard to recover if it’s a new or weak domain.
There could be more, but I’ve shared what I know from my own experience.
 
You could see rankings drop, pages deindexed, or the whole site banned from search results. In some cases, recovery can take months or might not be possible without starting fresh.
