i read many threads in this forum about creation of threshold accounts and watch some youtube videos as well.
So from that i got to know that-
These are the necessary ingredient i need to make a google threshold account.

1. Old gmail account
2. Proxy
3. Vcc

but i want to know where i get good proxie and vcc which does not lead to account suspension and which country i have to use in billing cause i have seen some using australia, germany and france what are the correct way ? Can any one tell please. I need to create threshold account for running affiliate offer.

Currently I use a static residential proxy, payment card I use my physical card, sometimes there is an error adding card, but still successfully resisting after 24h. You run the campaign regularly and your threshold payment will be raised

Well, nobody is going to spoonfeed you how to do it. You must test and see what works.
So keep testing set ups
