What are the most important parts of On Page Optimization?

All of them.

meta
title
headings
ect

But honestly this is a black hat forum meaning that you should already have the gist of the basic stuff before hand.

What are the most important parts of On Page Optimization?

Unique, original content. H1, H2, H3 tags, bolded, italicized, and underlined keyword. Outgoing anchor text link, inner page anchor text link - but the most important in my opinion is 2-6% keyword density with original/unique content.

title and h1 are all you need really. Anyone giving anythign else doesn't know what they are talking about imo. Title and h1 really have little value too.

You should have the gist that meta is useless than.

Making the site easy to crawl. That is the etc.

What mentioned above
+ 2k word article on the main page
+ 0.5% kw density
+ LSI kw as much as you can put in the 2k

Meta are useless for ranking but meta description helps to increase traffic if you put the right kws inside (bolded in SERPs if matching with search query).

I usually leave the meta description empty, that makes google take random meta based on the search term.

Even if your page has a meta description Google will choose what to display in the snippets.

Page Speed is also very important, it will impact many others criterias such as :

- How far the G bot will crawl
- and Bounce Rate...

I'd agree that content really matters. I wouldn't try to overload on keywords, although if you can have something that reads smoothly while still hitting keyword density of around 2% then that's good. But the flow of traffic will depend a lot upon making your site something that people actually stay on for long enough to read it.

A well-written, fairly lengthy article (around 2k words is pretty much perfect) on the main page is good. It looks serious and gives a good impression, makes people more likely to stick around. Not placing too many ads, and placing them in the best spots will help too.
