What are the information a CB vendor can know about Affiliates??

1. no, the vendor can't, only CB can if tgey suspend your CB account. You have done nothing illegal!.

2. yes, that helps avoiding CB linking your accounts to single source.

3. yes, completely ethical, it has nothing to do with either CB or the vendor how you manage your accounts.

Regarding the whitelist, as KevinRB said, there is no limit to how many affiliates you can have on the whitelist.
