Hi, I want to put my bank account IBAN on our website payment page and I dont want to use payment gateways like paypal, moneybookers, paxum, verotel, ccbill etc...
So, what are the disadvantages of this method? I dont want to use payment gateways because all of that are everytime getting problematic and some of them are cuts much more...

I am also asking which information should I give to customers when I put my IBAN number...?

For example alison.com is giving these details if they receive payments to bank (without payment gateway):

    Code:
    [TABLE="class: table, width: 100%"]
    [TR]
    [TD]Account Name:[/TD]
    [TD]Capernaum Limited t/a ALISON[/TD]
    [/TR]
    [TR]
    [TD]Bank Name:[/TD]
    [TD]Ulster Bank[/TD]
    [/TR]
    [TR]
    [TD]Bank Address:[/TD]
    [TD]33 Eyre Square, Galway, Ireland[/TD]
    [/TR]
    [TR]
    [TD]Account Number:[/TD]
    [TD]16967188[/TD]
    [/TR]
    [TR]
    [TD]Sort Code:[/TD]
    [TD]985750[/TD]
    [/TR]
    [TR]
    [TD]Swift Code:[/TD]
    [TD]ULSBIE2D[/TD]
    [/TR]
    [TR]
    [TD]IBAN Number:[/TD]
    [TD]IE38ULSB98575016967188[/TD]
    [/TR]
    [/TABLE]

Should I enter all of the above details into my website as like as Alison ?

Well take some examples from sites that use the same way of payment. If this are the information given on most of the sites than you will have to write those information too. Do your research, that is the best way to find out :)
