What are the dangers of a site like this: Access private Myspace photos for a fee

    Is there anything that could happen legally? It stands a high chance of being seen by someone important working for Myspace if I blast social networking sites. Also, what about Paypal? Will they limit my account for this?

    Sure, if myspace wanted they could sue you, you are using a trademark, but they arent likely to unless you are spamming a shit load of people with the link.

    It's not using their trademark in that sense though. If I write a book about my personal Photoshop techniques, they can't sue me. I think the danger lies somewhere with the fact that it's profiting on an exploit? I don't know though.

    dont think you'll get sued as there are people doing this on a daily basis.

    without the fee of course.
