I paid more than $110 for hosting and domain via Paypal. The hosting company set up my account but it had lots of issues.

I complained and they didn't do anything. I Filed a dispute with Paypal. At the end, the hosting company got mad and suspended both my domain and hosting account services.

If I escalate this issue to a Paypal claim, will I get my money back? Paypal doesn't give you your money back on virtual goods, does this include hosting?

Honestly, its possible. You will probably have to prove that you didn't receive the service you paid for. I've even been able to get money back from a certain MMO by showing that I paid for a service but they didn't deliver. Hope you kept some emails or screenshots with their support detailing you're issues, you will likely need those.
