What are the best social bookmarking sites you use?

I want to set up 10-15 social bookmark accounts to get back links to my page. Since I have to do this all manually I want to do the best one and not waste my time on garbage ones. Once set up I will blast them all with scrapebox in order to build my back links. Is this an effective method or am I just wasting my time?
