I think Google is the best choice for us. there are another good search engines are Bing , Brave and Yahoo also.
 
I have tried several but Google offers the best search quality so I find it the best. But you have more options and they are not too bad

Yes, first page is filled with ads. It is sad that these companies are more money minded now.

It remains to be hoped that search engines will find a compromise option for displaying results on request. I don't think they've stopped working in this direction, but the latest Google update, for example, has only made things worse. I think so.
