What are the best practices for managing and setting up a client's Facebook assets?

Do you have any recommendations for dealing with a client who lacks technical skills, making it difficult for them to set up their Facebook assets such as the Business Manager and Page? How can we gain access to their account without triggering any restrictions or suspicions, and without linking our own account to theirs? I've attempted to explain and utilize TeamViewer, but it becomes a hassle each time a new issue arises. Therefore, I'm searching for a more efficient solution. Thank you for your help.
